Italian Cuisine, unequaled with the possible exception of a Neopolitan
or Roman Trattoria.
My Irish wife, Nancy, has a love of our tradition and family recipes.
From the beginning we taught our children the love of cooking, eating
and drinking, encompassing the spirit of Italian heritage.
Sean, Nancy's son, has served as executive chef in the finest
Manhattan restaurants including the well known Water Club. So together,
through all of this, we have married our experience to bring you the
best traditional Neopolitan cuisine with several nouvo style entrées
suggested by our sons Sean and Carmen. For me, the love of food began as
I watched my father and mother cook in our family kitchen on Sundays. We
enjoyed the day with friends, family and Italian cuisine. So to continue
the pleasure of food and the love of our culture, we are so pleased to
have you as a guest in our restaurant and, as in our home, we treat you
as respected friends and family.
